3. Prescription Requirements

For prescription medicines:

  • Valid prescription from a registered medical practitioner is required
  • Prescriptions must be current and not expired
  • We reserve the right to refuse dispensing if prescription is invalid or unclear
  • Prescription medicines cannot be returned once dispensed

4. Ordering and Payment

When placing orders:

  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR)
  • Payment must be made in full before order processing
  • We accept various payment methods including cash on delivery
  • Orders are subject to availability of medicines

5. Delivery

Regarding delivery:

  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
  • Delivery charges may apply based on location
  • We deliver within Jaipur city limits
  • Someone must be available to receive the delivery

6. Returns and Refunds

Our return policy:

  • Non-prescription items can be returned within 7 days of purchase
  • Items must be unopened and in original packaging
  • Prescription medicines cannot be returned
  • Refunds will be processed according to our refund policy

  • Service interruptions or delays
  • Errors in prescription dispensing (subject to verification)
